Bid Club is a small site. This page says what is collected, why, and how to reach the person who runs it.

Who runs this

Ryan Lenk operates bidclub.lol. Questions about this page, a payment, or your data go to hello@ryanlenk.com.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. Card numbers and bank details go to Stripe, not to Bid Club. Stripe has its own privacy notice. Bid Club receives what it needs to record a completed bid, boost, or suppress — typically amount, listing identity, and a payment reference.

Checkout rate limits

IP addresses are used to rate-limit checkout so the form cannot be hammered. Those IPs are hashed or stored only as needed for that limit. They are not used to build a marketing list.

Comments

Notes on a listing are anonymous. No name, no handle, no email is asked for or stored with the note. Bigotry is dropped and is not kept.

Crowd and reactions

Crowd favorite and emoji reactions are keyed per browser (this device’s storage). They are not tied to a name or an account. They do not move rank.

Logs

The host may keep ordinary request logs (time, path, status, IP, user agent) for abuse, uptime, and debugging. Logs are not sold and are not used to profile you for ads.

What is not sold

Bid Club does not sell personal data. There is no ad network on this page and no sale of notes, reactions, or checkout identifiers.
