Email before a dispute or chargeback. A cleared payment is final. A takedown is not a refund.

Listing marks are fetched from the public web: site favicons, app store art, and public profile images. There is no upload. If every fetch misses, you get the first letter. That is the fallback, not a defect you paid extra for. If your mark looks wrong after you pay, email the listing URL and what you expected.

Listings

A paid seat is public. If you want one taken down, email the identity. That is not a refund.

Opt out

Browser data and server-delete requests live on the privacy opt-out.
